Thank you for playing My AI Company: Startup Tycoon (the “Game”), published by AVALANCHE GAMES PTE. LTD. (“Avalanche Games,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. By installing or using the Game, you agree to this Policy.

The Game reads the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID) solely to show ads, limit ad frequency, and detect fraudulent activity, in line with Google Play’s Advertising ID policy.

We do not knowingly gather data that directly identifies you (such as your name or mailing address) unless you voluntarily provide it.

2. How We Use Your Information

Analyse performance to balance gameplay and fix issues
Show ads or promote in-house offers (you may opt-out of personalised ads)
Respect ad frequency capping and detect fraud using the advertising ID

5. Cookies & Similar Technologies

Mobile “cookies” take the form of local storage, SDKs, or device identifiers (e.g., AD_ID). They help us remember preferences, measure ad performance, and keep the Game running smoothly. You can reset or limit the advertising ID in your device settings.

6. Advertising Choices

The Game accesses your Android Advertising ID (AD_ID) to display ads that may be relevant to you, limit how often you see the same ad, and fight fraud. You can control this ID at any time:

Opt-out of personalised ads:
- Android 11+: Settings › Privacy › Ads › Delete advertising ID
- Earlier Android: Settings › Google › Ads › Opt out of Ads Personalisation
California (CCPA) “Do Not Sell” right: We treat personalised advertising as a “sale” under CCPA. Disable personalised ads as above to exercise this right.

7. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described (typically while you have the Game installed plus up to 24 months for analytics/legal reasons), unless a longer period is required by law.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), industry-standard firewalls, and limited-access servers. Despite our efforts, no security system is perfect. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised activity.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in some regions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that a child has provided data, we will delete it promptly. Parents who believe we inadvertently collected such data should contact us.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

Access and receive a copy of your data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete data (“right to be forgotten”)

Port data to another controller
Withdraw consent at any time (does not affect prior processing)
